McAdenville Mill

Drye-McGlamery Engineering is providing structural design services together with Eimer Design, as the lead architects for the renovation and addition of McAdenville Mill 3 in NC. Led by Bill Carstarphen, the project aims to transform the historic mill into a multiuse space featuring an event venue, food hall, and taproom. DME’s scope includes foundational and framing plans, with additional services to be negotiated. The renovated Mill No. 3 is envisioned to serve as a versatile space housing an event venue, a food hall, and a taproom, breathing new life into one of the original brick mill buildings on Main Street. By marrying historical preservation with modern functionality, the project aims to honor the heritage of McAdenville while meeting the evolving needs of the community.
