Drye-McGlamery provided design, construction administration and inspection services for the upfit / expansion of the new Gianni’s Trattoria to Gibson Mill. Our focus on building design and structural disciplines ensured the project’s success from pre-design through project completion. Our work included altering the existing steel trussed roof over the dock area to accommodate new kitchen, restrooms, storage, and walk-in cooler areas. We provided essential support while collaborating with other specialists for site/civil work and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines as required by the City of Concord and Cabarrus County.
